I have no idea, why I didn’t include this track on my “best of 2011 chart“. It would have been one of the best three. Emeli’s voice should be captured into to a bottle and send to space, so that other civilisations could know, that humans are able to do remarkably beautiful things.

I don’t think she recorded it as a drum’n’ bass, but the beat here definitely justifies posting it in DNB category. Below original version You can find 2 remixes. First is great acustic version and the second dnb Nu:Tone remix. There are more of course to find on Youtube.

Athough it’s Blue Mar Ten, it’s not as drum’n bass as You would expect. ASC cut off dnb beat end gave this tune great space, laid back atmosphere and soft electronica touch. Really nice.
